We’ve assembled a 2019 Congress Participants Guide to enhance your experience at this year’s Congress. From meals and dining to Congress worship aid, the participants guide has you covered.
Please be advised that the Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport offers complimentary airport shuttle service to/from the hotel (available 24 hours). To take advantage of shuttle service, call the hotel at 502.367.2251 once exiting the airport for pickup. Free parking is also available onsite.
Registration will take place in the Crowne Ballroom Registration Area B and will be open from 5:00-7:00pm on Wednesday and 7:00-9:00am and 2:00-7:30pm on Thursday. The registration desk will also open at 7:00am daily thereafter for those arriving throughout the weekend.
Finally, we encourage participants to use the hashtag #CourageousHope when posting pictures, video, presenter quotes, etc. to social media. This allows us to aggregate participant responses and re-share/tweet so as to highlight the voices of Congress participants and amplify the mission of religious life.
