Merton Pre-Congress Reflection Day **This session has reached capacity**
Members – $195.00
Non-Members – $225.00
Reflection day includes shuttle service to the Abbey of Gethsemani and the campus of the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth, lunch, and presentations on Thomas Merton by Merton scholar Fr. Daniel Horan, OFM, PhD. Participants will depart the Congress hotel at 8:30am and return no later than 5:00pm. We anticipate this being a popular offering and space is limited so we encourage those interested to sign-up early.
Hotel Accommodations
-Guest room – $125/night + tax.
-Congress participants will make hotel reservations during the Congress registration process.
-The special Congress rate for attendees will be honored three (3) days before group arrival and three (3) days after group departure based on availability.
-Guest accommodations will be available at 3:00pm on arrival day and reserved until 11:00am on departure day.
-The hotel requires a credit card upon check-in.
-Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to day of arrival. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged.
-24-hour airport shuttle is provided free of charge by the hotel.
-High-speed wireless internet is complimentary in all guest rooms, lobby and common areas.
